The Toughcon connector can be assembled into an application-specific plug and socket using metal and plastic housings as well as three contact types. A backshell, with an integrated PFLITSCH cable gland and application-specific seal insert for different cable diameters, provides a securecable outlet at the plug. Sealing, strain relief, bend protection as well as binding to protective tubes and corrugated tubes are therefore not a problem. Furthermore, there is a multitude of other backshells which are can bealigned with the particular needs of the customer. We can deliver it all - from the simple ststrain relief and the most diverse adapters to backshells with heat-shrink tubing.
